These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Peply AI, including our mobile application, website, software, features, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Peply AI (“Peply AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, downloading the app, accessing the Service, or using any part of Peply AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Peply AI is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may not use Peply AI if you are under 18, if you are prohibited from using the Service under applicable law, or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for violating these Terms.
Peply AI is a peptide tracking and wellness logging application. The Service may allow users to track peptide-related routines, log personal metrics, record notes, upload or take photos, use AI-powered features, and organize personal wellness information.
Peply AI is designed for informational, organizational, and personal tracking purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease or medical condition.
We may add, remove, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Peply AI does not provide medical advice, clinical recommendations, diagnosis, treatment instructions, or professional healthcare services.
Any information provided through the Service, including AI-generated outputs, summaries, insights, reminders, calculations, labels, estimates, or educational content, is for general informational and tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a physician, pharmacist, nurse, dietitian, licensed healthcare provider, or other qualified professional.
You should not use Peply AI to make medical decisions. You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, changing, combining, or using any peptide, medication, supplement, treatment, injection routine, dosage, or health-related practice.
If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Peply AI is not a medical device and is not intended to be used as a medical device. The Service is not designed or intended for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, prevention, mitigation, or cure of any disease or medical condition.
Peply AI is not regulated, cleared, approved, or authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any similar regulatory authority as a medical device. You acknowledge that the Service is a consumer wellness and tracking tool only.
