Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hadal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Hadal is a Somali language learning application that provides vocabulary lessons, audio pronunciation, quizzes, flashcards, and personalized learning paths. The App is available on iOS devices.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

Subscription Plans

• Hadal Access (Yearly): $29.99 per year with a 3-day free trial
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
